The Future Leaders Program is designed to support ASA North Texas members by equipping the next generation of industry leaders with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to lead effectively. Through a structured curriculum, participants gain a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry while building a strong network of professional peers.
Members selected for the program will develop leadership abilities they can apply in both current and future roles, while collaborating with a diverse group of industry professionals.

Each ASA member company contributes $500 per participant for the year. This investment ensures committed participation from each company and provides a working budget for the Future Leaders group to manage throughout the year.
These funds support program activities when free or sponsored events are not available, including:

Philanthropic Projects
Meals provided during scheduled sessions
