Jason grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and moved to Dallas in 1994 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  He began his construction career as a project coordinator for a residential land development company in Dallas – Fort Worth.  He gained additional knowledge of the industry doing business development for an underground utility contractor before moving on to sales and operation positions, to COO of an EPC power generation company focusing on remote international projects.  Tri Dal was a company with a long standing history and a culture that Jason felt a connection with and joined the team in 2016 as a project manager.   In 2019, he moved into the role of Vice President of Operations for Tri Dal Utilities where his goal is to continue a culture that promotes integrity, open communication and a positive customer experience.  In his free time Jason enjoys riding motorcycles, watching sports, and working out.
